SIMS Personnel is an integral component of SIMS .net that enables schools to comprehensively manage staff records.

The module is linked to FMS to enable contract information to be available within the financial module.

In addition, the School Workforce Census becomes statutory in January 2010 and can be generated from details held in the Personnel module.

SMIS offer full support in the management of Schools’ Personnel data.
