Consultancy The SMIS Service Level Agreement (SLA) provides consultancy in the use of MIS software and the hardware requirements necessary for its installation.

This enables Schools to receive site visits for consultancy and recommendations in the use of MIS software and their relevant hardware requirements.

  • Backups and Data Recovery

Software Consultancy includes:

  • Assessment and Reporting
  • Timetabling
  • Finance and Resources
  • eRegistration and Attendance
  • Monitoring Behaviour and Achievment
