sandwellschools is a web site that allows Schools to access their SIMS data securely using the Internet.

This service utilizes Capita's SIMS Web Parts integrated into a SharePoint enviroment. These have been purchased by Sandwell LA and hosted in a server farm located on the Sandwell Schools' network.

This service includes :

• Read only access to Student Data in SIMS .net for Teachers , Parents and Pupils
• Read/Write access to Attendance/Lesson Registration for Teachers
• Read/Write access to Assessment Manager Marksheets for Teachers
• Read/Write Access to Profiles for Teachers (SMIS Pupil Reporting Suite)
